Screening, skills assessment and Interview Process
Every candidate is provided with a complete skills assessment before being considered for a DirectHire position. We utilize the most up to date computerized testing to determine proficiency with the most current software applications and industry standards. Only candidates who have the skills you need are placed in your position. Following the skills assessment our candidates are interviewed by our experienced staff to assess professionalism and motivation.
References, Background Checks and Skill Matching Tools
As standard practice, we check a minimum of five references per applicant. AccessOne also utilizes an advanced skills matching system that few others can offer. Our system generates a list of all candidates qualified for an open position. Also used to maintain detailed candidate information that is valuable for future hiring initiatives.
Resource Management
We continuously monitor selected talent during and after the hiring process to ensure performance and on-going success. Inclusive of initial interaction with management and assisting in the On-Boarding process as needed.
